The white bar is probably because you had the flash size like 1 pixel too big.

Yeah. It's strange. My initial export didn't have white bars. I then shortened the timeline, but didn't touch the stage. Did this final export. And now there's a white bar. But now of course, I'm not where I can look at the original FLA. figures, heh.
